Prateek Menezes Memorial Foundation was registered on 9th February 1983 as a Trust (Non Government) in Goa with Registration Number 1, was recognised and exempted under Section 80-G of the Income Tax Act,1961

Prateek Menezes Memorial Foundation was established in 1981 in memory of late Prateek Menezes, who died that year at the age of six, after a valiant battle with cancer.
The Foundation till recently, in collaboration with the Department of Paediatrics, Goa Medical College, had provided comprehensive care to underprivileged children with cancer hailing from Goa and neighbouring states. Care and support to the children and their families continued beyond completion of therapy.
Prateek Menezes Memorial Foundation may provide the following services:

- Referrals to Tata Memorial Institution and Hospital
- Training to the families on home management of cancer patient
